Three in One Dosa Recipe

Ingredients:
Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Bengal Gram Flour - 1 cup
Rice Flour - 1/2 cup
Pepper Powder - 1/4 tsp
Cumin Seeds Powder - 1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves - 2 tsp, chopped
Ginger - a small piece
Onion - 2 to 3, chopped
Green Chilli - 2, chopped
Oil - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Mix all the flours together.
2. Add all the ingredients along with the mixed flours and salt.
3. Pour enough water to get a pouring consistency.
4. Let it ferment for 2 to 3 hours.
5. Heat a pan and pour a ladleful of the batter.
6. Add a tsp of oil on the sides and on the surface of the dosa.
7. Turn over carefully when the underside is done and cook the other side.
8. Serve hot with chutney and sambar.
