Corn Dosa Recipe

Ingredient:
Wheat - 1 cup
Baby Corn - 1 cup
Urad Dal - 1/2 cup
Arhar Dal - 1/2 cup
Channa Dal - 1/2 cup
Red Chilli - 6
Asafoetida Powder - a pinch
Curry Leaves - 1 tsp, chopped
Onion - 2
Coconut - 1 cup, grated
Oil - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Soak wheat, baby corn, urad dal, arhar dal and channa dal together for 4 to 5 hours.
2. Wash them properly.
3. Grind all the ingredients along with salt, red chilli and asafoetida to a coarse batter.
4. Add the onion pieces and curry leaves along with batter.
5. Heat a pan.
6. Pour a ladleful of the batter.
7. Add a tsp of oil on the sides.
8. Turn over carefully when the underside is done and cook the other side.
9. Serve hot with chutney and sambar.
