Garlic Chilli Paste Recipe
Ingredients:
Garlic - 14 cloves
Dry Red Chillies - 14
Vinegar - 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Oil - 1 tblsp
Method:
1. Soak the garlic and chillies in vinegar for 30 minutes.
2. Then boil it for a minute.
3. Cool, add the salt and oil.
4. Grind it to a paste and store it in an airtight container in the fridge.
