Ingredients:
Paneer - 500 gms, cubed + 4 tblsp, grated
Onion - 2, chopped
Ginger - 1 inch piece, finely chopped
Green Chillies - 3 to 4, finely chopped
Tomatoes - 6 to 8, finely chopped (depending on size)
Cardamoms - 3, crushed
Curd - 1/2 cup, beaten
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Ghee - 5 to 6 tblsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
Milk - 1 cup
Tomato Sauce - 4 tblsp
Coriander Leaves - handful, chopped
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Heat 3 tblsp of ghee in a pan.
2. Saute the onions, ginger, green chillies and cardamoms for 4 to 5 minutes.
3. Add the tomatoes and cover the pan with a lid.
4. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
5. Add the beaten curd and cook for another 5 minutes.
6. Pour 1/2 to 1 cup of water and cook for a minute.
7. Remove and transfer to a mixer jar.
8. Blend till smooth and keep aside.
9. Heat the remaining ghee in another pan.
10. Add the ground gravy along with red chilli powder, garam masala powder, tomato sauce and salt.
11. Bring to a boil or till the gravy turns thick.
12. Add the paneer cubes and milk.
13. Cook for another 3 to 5 minutes.
14. Garnish with coriander leaves and grated paneer.
15. Remove and serve hot.
