Rava Dosa Recipe
Ingredients:
Semolina (Sooji) - 1 cup
Wheat Flour - 1/2 cup
Rice Flour - 1/4 cup
Sour Buttermilk - 1 cup
Green Chilli - 2
Curry Leaves - 2 tsp, chopped
Cumin Seeds Powder - 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida Powder - a pinch
Oil - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients with sufficient water and set aside for 8 to 10 hours.
2. Heat a pan.
3. Pour a ladleful of batter.
4. Spread with the back of the spoon to a thin round.
5. Add a tsp of oil on the sides and on the surface of the dosa.
6. Turn over when the underside is done and cook the other side.
7. Serve hot with chutney and sambar.
