Spiced Bean Sprouts with Cucumber Shreds Recipe

Ingredients:
Bean Sprouts - 900 gms, washed
Cucumber - 1/2, shredded

For the Sauce:
Soy Sauce - 1 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Sesame Oil - 1 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp

Method:
1. Place the bean sprouts in a colander and pour boiling water over them.
2. Drain well and keep aside
3. Mix all the ingredients for the sauce together.
4. Spread the cucumber in the salad bowl, then place the bean sprouts on top.
5. Just before serving pour the sauce over.
