Tandoori Chaat Recipe

Ingredients:
Tandoori Chicken – 2, shredded
Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
Salt to Taste
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Raw Green mangoes – 1/2 cup
Onions – 1/2 cup, finely chopped
Green Chillies – 2 tsp, chopped
Green Coriander – 3 tbsp, chopped
Chaat Masala – 2 tsp
Ginger – 1 tsp, chopped

Method:
1. Prepare a lemon dressing by mixing together the lemon juice along with salt, red chilli powder and oil.
2. Keep aside.
3. Cut the raw mango into strips.
4. In a mixing bowl, add the mango strips, onions, green chillies, green coriander and chaat masala, along with the shredded chicken and the lemon dressing.
5. Mix well.
6. Garnish with chopped ginger.
7. Remove to a serving bowl and serve immediately.
