Ingredients:
Ripe Mangoes - 2, cut into pieces
Grated Coconut - 2 cups
Red Chillies - 3
Jaggery - 1 tbsp
Coriander Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Grind coconut, chillies, jaggery, salt and coriander seeds to a fine paste.
2. Mix this with mango pieces and chill.
3. In case of mixed fruit sasam, add pineapple chunks, orange segments, grapes and tomatoes - all cut suitably to the same coconut paste.
4. Serve chilled.
