Ingredients:
Rice - 500 gms
Onion - 50 gms
Ginger - 10 gms
Garlic - 10 gms
Pepper Powder - 20 gms
Salt to taste
Ghee - 100 ml

Method:
1. Boil rice and reserve.
2. Saute onion, ginger, garlic and add rice.
3. Add crushed peppercorn, salt and toss.
4. Serve.
