Ingredients:
Wheat – 200 gms
Milk – 1 litre
Sugar – 250gms
Green Cardamom – 2

Method:
1. Coarsely pound wheat.
2. Heat milk and when it boils add the wheat.
3. Cook slowly without burning (keep stirring).
4. Add more milk if required.
5. Cook till wheat is done.
6. Add sugar and cardamom powder and off flame.
7. Serve and garnish with fry nuts and fruits.
