Paneer and Sesame Seed Tikka Recipe

Ingredients:
Paneer - 2 1/2 cups, finely grated
Green Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 2 tsp
Green Chillies - 1 tsp
Green Chillies - 1 tsp, chopped
Green Coriander - 2 tsp, chopped
Mace Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Onions - 1/2 cup, finely chopped
White Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Yellow or Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Yoghurt - 2 cups, hung
Gram Flour/Corn Flour - 4 tbsp
Egg White - 1, optional
Sesame Seeds - 1/2 cup
Oil - 1/2 cup

Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients except the gram flour/cornflour and sesame seeds in a bowl.
2. Mix with a wooden spoon.
3. Add the gram flour/corn flour and mix for 2 minutes.
4. Divide the mixture into 20 equal portions.
5. Make each portion into a round ball, roll in your palm and press slightly to get a 4 cm round patty.
6. Cool the cutlets in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
7. Heat the oil in a deep pan or a kadai.
8. Fry until golden crisp.
9. Alternatively, lightly coat each cutlet with egg white, sprinkle with sesame seeds and shallow fry in a nonstick pan.
10. Serve with cucumber, tomato and onion slices.
