Ingredients:
Lamb Steaks – 8, two inch thick slices
Onion – 1, minced
Garlic – 1 tbsp, crushed
Green Chilli Paste – 1 tbsp
Poppy Seeds – 1 tbsp, ground
Garam Masala – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Mix onion, garlic and green chilli paste with poppy seeds, garam masala and salt.
2. Marinate steaks in this mixture for 2 hours.
3. Roast in a charcoal grill/tandoor till cooked as desired.
4. Garnish with onion rings.
5. Serve hot accompanied by pickled green chillies.
