Ingredients:
Coconut - 1 1/4 cups, grated
Green Coriander - 1 1/2 cups
Green Chillies - 3, chopped
Garlic - 1 tsp, chopped
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Salt - 3/4 tsp
Granulated Sugar - 1 tsp
Lemon Juice - 2 to 3 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup
Method:
1. Grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste.
2. Use as a filling in sandwiches or serve with idli/dosa.
