Ingredients:
Tomato – 1, chopped
Onion – 1, chopped
Garlic Cloves – 3 to 4
Ginger Piece – 1
Dry Red Chillies – 4, deseeded
Cup Curds – 1/2 cup
Cashews – 6 to 7, broken
Oil – 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Dhania Powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Pinches of Asafoetida – 3 to 4
Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp
Cinnamon Clove Powder – 3 to 4 pinches
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Grind all ingredients together except oil (use mixer if hand grinder not available).
2. Heat oil, add paste, stir fry till oil separates.
3. Add 1 cup water.
4. Bring to boil.
5. Simmer till thick.

Tip: Grinding ensures a smooth texture.
