Chicken with Black Pepper Recipe

Ingredients:
Chicken Drumsticks - 800 gms
Ginger Paste - 2 tsp
Garlic Paste - 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Paste - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for Frying
Black Peppercorns - 2 tsp, crushed
Lemon Juice - 3 tbsp
Green Coriander - 4 tsp, chopped
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp

Method:
1. Mix together the ginger and garlic pastes, turmeric powder, red chilli paste and salt.
2. Marinate the chicken drumsticks in this mixture.
3. Keep aside for 2 hours.
4. Heat oil in a pan.
5. Fry chicken till golden brown in colour.
6. Remove and keep aside.
7. In a kadai, add chicken along with marinade and all other ingredients.
8. Stir fry till chicken is fully cooked.
9. Serve hot.
