- Fried Liver
Fried Liver Recipe
Ingredients:
Lamb's Liver - 1kg, cleaned (membranes removed), cut into 1 inch pieces
Salt to taste
Grind to a Paste:
Ginger - 1 two inch piece
Garlic - 8, cloves
Dry Red Chillies - 6
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Vegetable Oil - 3 tbsp
Method:
1. Marinate the liver with the ground paste and salt.
2. Heat the oil in a pan.
3. Shallow fry the liver for 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Do not over fry as the liver will get tough.
5. Serve hot.
