Sonth Recipe

Ingredients:
Dry Mango Powder - 5 tsp
Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Rock Salt - 1/2 tsp, powdered
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Ginger Powder - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to Taste
Sugar - 5 tbsp
Raisins - 2 tsp, clean, Washed

Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients (except raisins) with half a cup water in a saucepan and cook gently for 15 minutes.
2. Ensure that the mixture is lump-free and the sugar dissolves completely.
3. Add the raisins.
4. Serve with dahi vadas, papri chaat, etc.
