Warm Toffee Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
Butter - 75 gms
Golden Syrup - 1 tblsp
Brown Sugar - 75 gms
Evaporated Milk - 4 tblsp

Method:
1. Place all the ingredients in a heavy-based saucepan and heat gently.
2. Stir constantly with a wooden spoon, until the sugar has dissolved.
3. Bring to the boil, then remove the pan from the heat.
4. Serve warm.
