Yogurt - 2 1/2 cups, Hung
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Cinnamon Powder - 1/4 tsp
Green Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp
Almonds - 1 tbsp, peeled, finely sliced
Raisins - 1 tbsp
Saffron - a few strands
1. Transfer the yogurt to a bowl and add the sugar.
2. Mix well until the sugar is dissolved.
3. Mix in the cinnamon and cardamom powders.
4. Chill thoroughly and serve in separate bowls, garnished with dry fruits and saffron.
