Tandoori Salmon Recipe

Ingredients:
Salmon - 1 kg, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
Lemon Juice - 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black Pepper Powder - 10 gms
Yogurt - 1 cup, drained
Garlic Paste - 4 tsp
Green Chillies - 5, chopped, deseeded
Dill - 2 tsp, chopped
Olive Oil - 4 tsp

Method:
1. Marinate salmon cubes in lemon juice, salt and black pepper powder.
2. Keep aside for 45 minutes.
3. Whisk yoghurt in a bowl.
4. Add garlic paste, chopped green chillies, dill, olive oil and salt.
5. Drain salmon cubes from the first marinade and mix into the yoghurt mixture.
6. Keep in a cool place for an hour.
7. Roast in a moderately hot tandoor or preheated oven (175C/350F) for 10 minutes.
8. Baste with olive oil.
9. Cook again for 2 minutes.
10. Serve with onion rings.
