Prawn Seekh Kebab Recipe

Ingredients:
Prawns - 1 kg, deveined, cleaned
Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 3 tbsp
Salt - 2 tsp
Green Coriander - 1 1/4 cups, minced
Green Chillies - 6, minced
Bengal Gram - 1/2 cup, whole, roasted
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder - 2 tsp
Oil - 4 tbsp

Method:
1. Apply lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and salt on the prawns.
2. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
3. Squeeze the prawns to remove excess water.
4. Mix all the ingredients into the prawns and mince the mixture.
5. Press the mixture along the length of the skewers to shape into kebabs.
6. Roast in a tandoor/oven/grill for 5-7 minutes.
7. Remove, baste with oil and roast again for 5 minutes.
8. Remove from skewers.
9. Serve hot.
