Stir-Fried Morel Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients:
Morel Mushrooms - 600 gms, quartered
Vegetable Oil - 1/2 cup
Cabbage - 100 gms, shredded
Dry Red Chillies - 4, pounded
Coriander Seeds - 1 tsp, pounded
Onions - 1/2 cup, sliced
Garlic Paste - 4 tsp
Garam Masala - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Tomatoes - 500gm, chopped
Green Chillies - 4, chopped
Ginger - 6 tsp, chopped
Green Coriander - 4 tsp, chopped
Capsicum - 1 small or 1/2 big, julienned
Method:
1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.
2. Saute the morel mushrooms and cabbage separately till soft.
3. Keep aside.
4. Heat the remaining oil.
5. Saute the onions till transparent.
6. Add the garlic paste, dry red chillies, coriander seeds, garam masala and salt.
7. Stir for 30 seconds.
8. Add the green chillies, ginger, 2 tsp green coriander, morel mushrooms and cabbage.
9. Cook for a few minutes.
10. Garnish with capsicum and the remaining green coriander.
11. Serve hot.
