Sun-Dried Dumplings with Spinach Recipe

Ingredients:
Spinach - 250 gms, chopped
Sun-dried Dumplings - 10gms
Vegetable Oil - 2 tbsp
Bay Leaves - 2
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Water - 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Sugar - 2 tsp

Method:
1. Heat the oil in a kadai.
2. Fry the sun-dried dumplings and keep aside.
3. In the same oil, add the bay leaves, turmeric powder and spinach.
4. Fry for 2 minutes.
5. Add the water, sun-dried dumplings, salt and sugar.
6. Cook till the water is absorbed and then spinach is tender.
7. Serve hot.
