Vellarikkai Thayir Pachadi Recipe
Ingredients:
Cucumber - 1 large
Yogurt - 2 cups, beaten
Salt - 1/4 tsp
For Seasoning:
Mustard Seeds - 1/4 tsp
Coriander - 1/2 tsp, chopped finely
Oil - 1 tsp
Method:
1. Heat oil and pop the mustard.
2. Mix together grated cucumber, yogurt, chopped coriander and salt.
3. Transfer to a serving dish.
4. Serve.
