Cabbage Vadai Recipe
Ingredients:
Urad Dal - 500 gms
Cabbage - 100 gms
Salt to tate
Oil to deep fry
Method:
1. Soak urad dal for 1 hour.
2. Grind to a thick fine paste.
3. Add finely cut cabbage pieces.
4. Add salt to taste and mix well.
5. Take 1-2 tblsp of the batter and make even sized balls of this and flatten it.
6. Deep fry in hot oil.
7. Turn over until golden brown.
8. Drain and serve hot with chutney.
