Bengali Jhal Muri Recipe

Ingredients:
Puffed Rice - 250 gms
Onion - 2 tbsp, finely, chopped
Potato - 30 gms, boiled, peeled, finely chopped
Tomato - 30 gms, finely chopped
Cucumber - 1/2 , finely chopped
Ginger - 2 tsp, finely chopped
Green Chillies - 4 to 5, finely chopped
Peanuts - 2 tbsp, fried
Sprouted Black Gram - 2 tsp, soaked, drained
Mustard Oil - 4 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp

Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients except the mustard oil and salt in a bowl.
2. Mix gently with a fork.
3. Add the mustard oil and salt.
4. Mix gently again.
5. Serve as a snack.
