Ingredients:
Paneer - 500 gms, finely grated
Green Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 2 tsp
Green Chillies - 2, chopped
Green Coriander - 2 tsp, chopped
Mace Powder - 1/2 tsp
Onions - 1/2 cup, finely chopped
White Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1 1/2 tsp
Yoghurt - 2 cups, drained
Salt to taste
Gram Flour or Corn Flour - 1/4 cup
Sesame seeds - 1/2 cup
Vegetable Oil - 1/2 cup
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients till gram flour/corn flour with a wooden spoon for 2 minutes.
2. Divide this mixture equally into 20 balls.
3. Compress each ball slightly to get a 4cm round patty.
4. Refrigerate the patties for 20 minutes.
5. Sprinkle some sesame seeds over the patties and shallow fry on a griddle until crisp and golden.
6. Serve hot.
