Hara Kebab Recipe
Ingredients:
Paneer - 450 gms, grated
Spinach - 900 gms, boiled, blended
Green Cardamom Powder - 2 tsp
Cashew Nuts - 1/2 cup
Green Coriander - 4 tsp, chopped
Garam Masala - 4 tsp
Ginger Paste - 3 tbsp
Gram Flour - 1/4 cup, roasted
Green Chillies - 15, chopped
Mace Powder - 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Vegetable Oil for deep frying
Onion - 1, medium sized, cut into rings
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients (except oil and onion) together.
2. Divide the mixture into lemon sized balls and shape into 1 1/2 inch round patties.
3. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
4. Deep fry the patties till golden brown.
5. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain the excess oil on absorbent kitchen towels.
6. Serve garnished with onion rings as a snack or as an accompaniment with rice and curry dish.
