Bael – 1, large
Water – 5 cups
Sugar – 1/2 cup, powdered
1. Break open the bael and remove the pulp.
2. Soak the pulp in water and leave overnight.
3. Dissolve the sugar in the water and strain the mixture through a muslin cloth.
4. Discard the pulp.
5. Serve chilled in individual glasses.
