Ingredients:
Apples - 4
carrots - 3
squeeze of fresh lemon juice (optional)
Method:
1. Scrub the carrots and cut each one into 2 or 3 pieces.
2. Remove the stems from the apples and carefully cut them into quarters.
3. Put the apples and carrots through the juicer.
4. Throw away the pulp and pour the juice into two glasses.
5. Add a squeeze of lemon and stir the juice.
