Ingredients:
Milk - 5 cups
Paneer - 250 gms, grated coarsely
Sugar - 1 cup
Almond flakes - 20 gms
Pistachios flakes - 20 gms
Saffron - 1/2 gm, soaked in rose water

Method:
1. Boil the milk till it thickens and is reduced to a quarter of the original quantity.
2. Add the sugar, mix well till it dissolves and keep aside to cool.
3. Add the paneer and half the almond and pistachios flakes. Mix well.
4. Garnish with the remaining almond and pistachios flakes and saffron.
5. Serve chilled,
