Ingredients:
Wheat Flour - 2 cups
Fenugreek Leaves (Methi) - 1 1/2 cups, finely chopped
Salt to taste
Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Ghee - 1/2 cup
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients together except ghee.
2. Knead into a soft dough by adding adequate water.
3. Separate the dough into small balls and then roll each ino 6-8 inch in diameter, flat rounds.
4. Heat a tawa and roast each round evenly on both sides.
5. Remove from pan, smear one side with a little ghee and serve.
