Ingredients:
Papad - 4 to 5
Oil - 75 ml
Cumin Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Onions - 2, finely chopped
Kachri - 1 tblsp, ground
Garlic - 2 cloves, ground
Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 2 tblsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Yogurt - 3 tblsp

Method:
1. Heat the oil in a kadai.
2. Add the cumin seeds and onions.
3. Fry till the onions get brown.
4. Mix all the dry spices in yogurt with 2 to 3 tblsp of water.
5. Add the mixture to the fried onions.
6. Stir till the oil separates.
7. Break the papads into small triangular pieces and add to the yogurt mixture.
8. Add just enough water to immerse the papads.
9. Cook for 10 minutes or till the papads become tender.
