Bhaja Moong Dal Recipe

Ingredients:
Split Green Gram (Moong Dal) – 200 gms, washed
Oil – 2 tblsp
Aniseed – 2 tsp
Cloves – 3
Green Chillies – 3
Sugar – 1 tsp
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Broil the moong dal on a tawa till golden brown.
2. Boil 2 cups of water and cook the moong dal till done.
3. Heat the oil in a small pan.
4. Add aniseed, cloves and green chillies.
5. Saute just for a few seconds and then add to the moong dal.
6. Add the sugar and salt, stir well and serve immediately.
