Posto Chorchori Recipe

Ingredients:
Poppy Seeds - 1/4 cup
Green Chillies - 2 tsp
Broad Beans - 50 gms, cut into fingers
Cauliflower - 50 gms, small florets
Brinjals - 60 gms, cut into small fingers
Radish - 30 gms, cut into fingers
Cabbage - 60 gms, chopped
Oil - 3 tblsp
Turmeric - 2 tsp
Onion Seeds - 1 tsp
Whole Red Chillies - 2 tsp
Water - 1/4 cup
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Soak the poppy seeds in water and make a pulp with green chillies.
2. Heat the oil.
3. Add the turmeric, onion seeds and whole red chillies.
4. Saute for half a minute.
5. Add all the vegetables and saute for about 5 minutes.
6. Add the water, poppy seed paste and salt.
7. Cook till water dries out and the vegetables are cooked.
