Lamb with Chickpeas Recipe

Ingredients:
Lamb - 200 gms, boneless pieces
Chickpeas - 1/2 cup
Oil - 5 1/2 tblsp
Onions - 1/4 cup, chopped
Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
Tomatoes - 1/4 cup, chopped
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seed Powder - 1/2 tsp
Water - 1 1/2 cups
Green Coriander - 1 tsp

Method:
1. Soak the chickpeas in water overnight.
2. Next morning boil till they are soft.
3. Heat the oil, add the onions, ginger paste, garlic paste, tomatoes and the lamb pieces.
4. Cook till the lamb is done.
5. Add the chickpeas along with the water in which they were boiled.
6. Let the mixture come to a boil.
7. Remove from the flame and server hot, garnished with green coriander.
