Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken - 2 cups, cooked and diced
Paneer - 1 1/2 cups
Milk - 1 cup
Mushrooms - 1 cup, sliced
Chives - 1 tblsp, chopped
Paprika - 1/2 tsp
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Chicken Stock - 4 cups
Salt - 1 tsp
Water - 1 cup
Nutmeg - 1/4 tsp, ground
Method:
1. Put the paneer and milk in a blender. Blend well.
2. Put the mushrooms in a saucepan, along with the chives, paprika, pepper, chicken stock, salt, water and nutmeg.
3. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Add the chicken along with the paneer-milk mixture.
5. Simmer for another 10 minutes and serve hot.
