Teppanyaki Paneer Recipe
Ingredients:
Paneer - 250 gms, cubed
Soya Sauce - 1 tsp
Oil - 2 tblsp
Garlic - 1 tsp, crushed
Onions - 1/2 cup, sliced
Carrots - 1/2 cup, sliced
Red Cabbage - 1/2 cup, shredded
Mushrooms - 1/2 cup, sliced and blanched
Bean Sprouts - 1/2 cup
Brown Sugar - 1 tsp
Mustard Sauce - 1 tsp
Honey - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Sesame Seeds - 1 tsp, to garnish
Baby Corn - 1/2 cup, blanched, sliced, to garnish
Method:
1. Put the paneer in a bowl and add the soya sauce.
2. Marinate for 15-18 minutes.
3. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan.
4. Saute the garlic and add the onions, carrots, cabbage, mushrooms and bean sprouts.
5. Stir fry for a minute and sprinkle with the brown sugar.
6. Add the paneer.
7. Stir in the mustard sauce and honey.
8. Season with salt.
9. Cook on low heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
10. Transfer to a serving dish.
11. Garnish with sesame seeds and baby corn.
12. Serve hot.
