Ingredients :

Crushed puri pieces - 1 cup
Crushed potoato chips - 1/2 cup
Puffed rice - 2 cups
Grated carrots - 2 tbsp
Finely cut onions - 1 1/2 tbsp
Grated mango and cucumber - 1 1/2 tbsp
Chopped corainder leaves - 1 tbsp
Finel cut tomatoes - 1 tbsp
Sev - 1/2 cup
Powdered salt - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Cooked peas or green gram with cooked diced potatoes - 1 1/2 tbsp
Sweet chutney - 3 tbsp
Mint chutney - 3 tbsp
Garlic chutney - 2 tbsp
Dry mango powder - 1/4 tbsp

NOTE : 
 
GARLIC CHUTNEY : (grind together)
Garlic - 15 flakes
Tamarind - little
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp

FOR SEV :
This is savoury prepared from bengal gram flour. Mix bengal gram flour with salt and water and make a stiff dough. Using a sev press, Sqeeze directly on hot oil. Deep fry till crisp.

Method :
1.  In a braod bowl mix crushed puris, chips, puffed rice and half of the sev.
2.  Add prepared vegetables, fry powders and at the end all the chutneys.
3.  Mix briskly, with laddle and serve immediately garnished with rest of the sev, cut onions and coriander leaves.
