Ingredients:
Kabuli Channa or Black Channa - 1 cup
Red Chillies - 3
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Curry Leaves - few
Grated Coconut - 2 tblsp (optional)
Salt as required
Oil for Seasoning

Method:
1. Wash and soak channa overnight.
2. Pressure cook with just enough water with a little salt.
3. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a kadai.
4. Season with the mustard seeds, red chillies and curry leaves.
5. Then add cooked channa along with the water.
6. Shallow fry for a few minutes till all the moisture is absorbed.
7. Decorate with grated coconut.
