Ingredients:
Chicken - 1 kg
Garlic - 2 tsp, chopped
Ginger - 2 tsp, chopped
Green Chillies - 6
Peppercorns - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
Lime Juice - 2 tblsp
Salt to taste
Hot Water - 2 cups
Eggs - 2, beaten
Bread Crumbs - 1 cup
Sesame Seeds - 3 tblsp, black and white, mixed
Oil for frying

For the gravy:
Butter - 1 tsp
Rice Flour - 1 tsp

Method:
1. Wash and clean the chicken.
2. Cut into ten pieces.
3. Grind garlic, ginger, green chillies, peppercorns and turmeric powder into a paste.
4. Add lime juice and mix the chicken pieces with the ground paste.
5. Add salt to taste and cook the chicken in hot wate.
6. When the chicken is cooked, there should be half cup stock left for the gravy.
7. Separate the chicken pieces from the gravy.
8. Dip the cooked pieces of chicken in beaten egg.
9. Coat well by rolling in bread crumbs mixed with sesame seeds.
10. Heat oil in a shallow pan, deep fry the chicken.
11. Serve hot with a bowl of gravy.

To make the gravy:
1. Melt the butter.
2. Add the flour and brown.
3. Add the stock and stir to make a gravy.
