Ingredients:
Raw Banana - 2, grated finely
Rice Flour - 2 tblsp
Onion - 1
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Spinach - 1 small bunch, finely chopped
Coriander Leaves - few
Curry Leaves - few
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients together to prepare a stiff dough.
2. Prepare small vadas and deep fry till golden brown.
