Tomato Raita Recipe
Ingredients:
Tomatoes - 3, chopped
Curds - 1 to 1 1/2 cup
Green Chilli - 1, minced
Coriander Leaves - 1 tblsp, chopped
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Beat curds smooth.
2. Add all ingredients, mix thoroughly.
3. If desired, add 1 small onion minced fine.
4. Serve with pulao.
