Ingredients:
Mango - 1, medium, chopped
Coriander Leaves - 1 tblsp
Salt to taste
For Seasoning:
Oil - 1 tblsp
Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves - 2 sprigs
Grind to Paste:
Coconut Gratings - 1/2 cup
Green Chillies - 4 to 5
Mustard Seeds - 1 to 1 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida - a pinch
Method:
1. Mix together chopped mango, coriander leaves, salt and ground masala.
2. Season in oil the mustard seeds and curry leaves.
3. Add to the chutney and mix.
4. Serve as an accompaniment.
