Ingredients:
Black Gram Dal - 200 gms
Ghee - 200 gms
Sugar - 250 gms, powdered
Khoya - 150 gms
Dry Ginger Powder - 1 tsp
Milk - 270 ml
Cardamom - 4, powdered

For the Garnish:
Almonds - few, chopped

Method:
1. Clean and make a powder of black gram dal.
2. Add 1 tblsp of ghee into lukewarm milk and knead the black gram dal flour.
3. Keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
4. Heat ghee, add the dough and fry till light brown.
5. Add the powdered sugar and khoya.
6. Stir constantly till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
7. Add cardamom powder and ginger powder. Mix well.
8. Spread it on a greased tray, sprinkle chopped almonds.
9. Cut into desired shape.
