Chicken Ghee Roast Recipe

Ingredients:
1) Chicken - 1/2Kg cut into large pieces
2) Red long chillies - 35 no.s
3) Tamarind - Ball size
4) Salt - to taste
5) Pure Ghee - 200 ml

Method:
1) Soak the red chillies in tamarind water overnight.
2) Grind the red chillies in a mixer to make a fine paste. (approx for 20 mins)
3) Take a pan, add 200 ml ghee and the above paste and fry for around 30-45 mins, till the raw smell disappears.
4) If the paste is too dry, add some water.
5) Then add the cooked chicken and fry for sometime.
6) Serve hot with chapatis or Naan.

it depends on you as when and how to cook the chicken...... if u do not know how to cook chicken, don try cooking.
