Kiwi Fruit Chutney Recipe
Ingredients
Olive Oil - 1 tblsp
Garlic - 1 tsp , minced
Fresh Ginger - 1 tbsp, chopped
Onion - 1/3 cup, chopped
Curry Powder - 1/2 tsp
Dried Red Pepper Flakes - 1/4 tsp
Kiwi Fruit - 5 peeled, diced, divided
Banana - 1, peeled, diced
Orange Juice - 2 tbsp
Lime Juice - 2 tbsp
Malt Vinegar - 2 tbsp
Brown Sugar - 2 tbsp
Fresh Cilantro Leaves - 1 tbsp, chopped
Fresh Mint Leaves - 1 tbsp, chopped
Method
1. Combine all ingredients and put the mixture in a saucepan.
2. Boil it gently for an hour until thick and soft.
3. Stir it occasionally.
4. Cool it and transfer into a sterilized jar.
