Whole Wheat Flour – 165 gms
Jaggery – 125 gms, grated
Ghee – 75 gms
1. Melt Ghee. Add the wheat flour and stir it continously till it turns golden brown in colour.
2. Remove from the flame and add jaggery. Stir well.
3. When the jaggery melts and the mixture is still warm, spread it onto a greased thali evenly with the help of a small bowl.
4. Cut into diamond shapes while still warm.
