Bhakri Recipe
Ingredients:
Whole Wheat Flour - 220 gms
Ghee - 45 gms
Carom Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients well and knead into a soft dough by adding enough water.
2. Keep aside the dough for 30 minutes.
3. Divide the dough into 10 equal portions.
4. Roll out each portion into small round bhakris.
5. Roast each bhakri on both sides on a griddle till golden brown, putting light pressure on the bhakri so that the inside bhakri also cooks evenly.
6. Apply ghee on the bhakri.
7. Serve hot.
