Ingredients:
Whole Wheat Flour - 110 gms
Millet Flour - 110 gms
Bengal Gram Flour - 15 gms
Fenugreek Leaves - 100 gms, chopped
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Curd - 85 gms
Garlic Paste - 1 tblsp
Chilli Paste - 1 tblsp
Oil - 15 gms
Sugar - 15 gms
Salt to taste
Oil to roast the dhebras

Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients to make a soft dough, adding water if required.
2. Divide the dough into 12 equal balls.
3. Roll out each ball into thin round dhebras.
4. Cook on both sides on a griddle using the little oil till golden brown.
5. Serve hot.
